Low Season
Monday to Sunday – Out of school terms and excluding Public Holidays
Minimum of a 2 night stay
1 – 4 Guests R1,000 per person, per night
5 – 6 Guests R900 per person, per night
7 – 8 Guests R5,600 for house, per night

Mid-Season
Monday to Sunday – Government, Private School Holidays and Public Holidays
Minimum of a 3-night stay
1 – 4 Guests R1,200 per person per night
5 – 6 Guests R1,000 per person per night
7 – 8 Guests R6,500 for house, per night

High Season
10 December to 13 January
Minimum of a 7-night stay
R6,800 for house, per night

Terms and Conditions

Check-in time is from 2:00pm on day of arrival.
Check-out time is by 10:30am on day of departure.
Early check-in and late check-out times can be arranged, if possible, at a small additional charge.

The length of stay and any special requests and discounts are at the owner’s discretion.

Please note, Prince’s Grant Golf Estate charges an access fee to all overnight guests. Details in this regard will be provided on enquiry or confirmation of reservation.

Domestic assistance can be arranged at an additional cost. Details and charges will be provided on enquiry.

A refundable breakage deposit of R6,500 per booking is payable. This amount is payable, prior to arrival, via EFT, and cleared into the owner’s bank account. The deposit amount will be refunded to the guests, less any breakages or damages that may have occurred, within 5 days of check-out. Should any repairs be needed the deposit, less the expense of repairs will be refunded on completion of the repairs in question.

A 4-seater golf cart is available for hire at a rate of R550 per day. Details to be provided on request.
