Perched high on Eden Road and overlooking the 15th tee box of the Estate’s Signature Hole, the home enjoys breathtaking views across the Indian Ocean, golf course, lagoon and surrounding coastal vegetation.

This upmarket self-catering home enjoys the finest position on Prince’s Grant Golf Estate, with spectacular sea views from every room.

The ground floor features a spacious, well-equipped open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge, with sea-facing stacking doors opening onto an expansive front deck. From here, guests can relax and enjoy magnificent 180-degree views of the Indian Ocean.

The home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. Upstairs are three spacious bedrooms, each furnished with a king-size bed, beautiful sea views and  private en-suite bathrooms. Two of the en-suites have both a bath and shower, while the third features a generous shower. Two of the upstairs bedrooms, together with the separate study/work area, open onto a covered sea-facing deck, creating another tranquil space in which to unwind and take in the view.

The fourth bedroom is situated downstairs and features a queen-size bed, uninterrupted sea views and an en-suite bathroom with shower. A separate guest toilet is also conveniently located on the ground floor.

Prince’s Gaze offers a choice of beautiful outdoor spaces, including two covered sea-viewing decks and a separate covered sunset entertainment area. Guests can relax in complete privacy beside the swimming pool and braai area or unwind on the magnificent sea-facing deck while taking in the home’s exceptional outlook.

All four bedrooms are air-conditioned. The property also offers a double garage, and a four-seater golf cart is available for hire.

For added convenience, the house is serviced on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at no additional cost. Additional cleaning days can be arranged at the request of guests’ requirements.
